Pipework fabrication

CPS possesses the resources and capabilities to offer a diverse pipework fabrication service with a dedicated pipework team and extensive library of welding procedure specifications.
  • Clean exotic fabrication workshop
  • Library of certifying authority approved welding procedure specifications compliant to ASME IX, ASME B31.3 and NACE: MR-01-75, EN 288 and BS 4515
  • Welding procedure specifications for the welding of the following materials: 6% Moly UNS31254; Carbon steel; Stainless steel; Duplex; Super duplex; Cunifer; Aluminium; Nickel and copper nickel alloys
  • Automated submerged arc welding machines
  • In-house ML-CAD laser survey dimensional control available for client review during manufacture and as part of as-built data pack.
